Responsibilities:

    Support the implementation and maintenance of systems, policies, and procedures of finance and accounting SOP.
    Effectively manage and mentor the finance and accounting team.
    Prepare finance and accounting report.
    Review fixed asset and depreciation records.
    Review accounts receivable aging and monitor timely collections of receivables.
    Review accounts payable aging and monitor timely payment.
    Responsible for the preparation and review of variance analysis as compared to prior period actual.
    Review and monitor cash reporting and maintain banking relationships.
    Review and monitor month-end journal entries and account reconciliations.
    Review and monitor finance budget based on cash flow.
    Provide ad hoc support to the Chief Asset Officer.

Requirements:

    Female.
    Minimum Bachelor's degree from reputable university.
    Minimum 5 years of working experience as General Manager of Finance & Accounting in marketing consultancy company.
    Excellent knowledge on balance sheet.
    A team player with the ability to work independently.
    Good verbal and written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
    Actively support and develop process improvement initiatives.
    Comprehensive understanding on taxation and auditing.
    Must be proficient with Excel and other Microsoft applications as well as other accounting programs.
